3. Create Your Wish List
Think about where you want to live and what you want in your home. Itemize a list of desired items to least desired to better understand what you are looking for in a home. Prioritize your needs with location and budget in mind.
4. The Home Search
Now that the preliminary work is finished, you can begin the fun part: looking for the perfect house or condo! After reviewing and selecting homes from your personalized search you are ready to view homes.
5. Make an Offer
Once you have found the right home or condo, we will submit an offer. You may end up in a single or multiple offer situation in which I can help guide you through this process. With your ceiling price in mind be ready for negotiations.
6. Closing the Deal
The completion date is the final step to becoming a homeowner. This is also when money changes hands between solicitors and the bank and the title is registered to you. Shortly thereafter you will receive the keys.
